Yoghurt Pops

250g frozen or fresh berries
3 Tbs castor sugar
2 cups yoghurt of your choice (Greek yoghurt)

Place the berries and sugar in a small pan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Allow to bubble away for 3 minutes, using a wooden spoon to break up the berries a bit, until the mixture starts to look syrupy. Cool, stir in the yoghurt and pour into ice-lolly trays. Freeze. When ready to serve, dip the lolly tray into hot water for a few seconds, decant and serve.
