One of my most favorite places to go and take a walk on the beach is Noordhoek Beach, and with approximately 8km of beach that's a lot of beach walking. Noordhoek Beach is backed by the National park protected wetlands and this means it's one of those places that is unspoilt by complexes and everything urbanny. What I love about Noordhoek Village is that it has an extremely rural feel to it. If you love horses, Noordhoek has many riding schools.
If you want to go to Noordhoek, it's not that difficult either, you can go via Chapman's Peak or Ou Kaapse Weg, either way Noordhoek Beach will be in reach.
As it's close to Valentine's Day, another great gift to give is the gift of time, and what better way to do it with a stroll on the beach, watching the sunset, maybe with a small little picnic basket tucked away in a corner. To think the view is for free.
I'm sharing a few favorite photos of mine, which is taken by mwa for your inspiration.
