We had the best experience in bottling our own wine at Excelsior Wine Estate. I have to admit I don't know anything about wine, how to taste wine, what the colors are supposed to be, the sediment or anything close to what anyone would call a nose in wine.
So here are we two friends making our own wine, creating the all perfect blend. We did declare afterwards that if we maybe have the time we need to go on a wine tasting course.
We had so much fun and laughter, I would recommend anyone to go and create that all "perfect" bottle of wine.
