Getting To Know Yourself

On Monday I'm going to start a little online e-course on all about getting to know yourself.

You are probably wondering how are you ever going to get to know yourself. Have no FEAR.
You are going to do this through asking yourself a few questions every day and answering them yourself. See very easy. The only person you have to be honest with is yourself, no one else.

Working through these questions you will get a better understanding of how you feel in the moment. It might be that your answers change over time. That's OK. You do change and so does your answers. They grow with you. They're like seeds, they get water, a little bit of food and away they go and the bonus is in the end they bloom into the most amazing flowers.

You're probably wondering why am I sharing an e-course such as Getting to Know Yourself. Personally I have this big old 40 going on 45 hanging over my head.

This made me think of where I am, where I want to go and what I have to say. Through asking these questions I got to Know Myself, and I have to say I surprised myself. Realised I've got a good thing going in me. I kept asking myself various questions on a daily basis and was surprised what my answers were for that specific day.

10 questions to ponder for the day. What's nice about these questions are you can mull them over a cup of coffee before you start your day. Think about them while driving. You can print out your questions, use them as journal prompts.

Get yourself a nice A4 hardcopy book and as your day progresses, just start writing in your book all your thoughts about your questions. Answer them. Reflect over them.

This little E-Course is not about knowing all the answers, it's just a few questions in Getting to Know Yourself. What you will achieve at the end of this e-course is learn more about yourself, who you are, what you like and what you don't like.

Let's start off with a few "easy" questions?

What are you planning to do today and why?
What would your perfect day look like?
What would you do if you had more energy?
Are you a morning person or a night person?
