The school holidays are coming up and if you ever wondered what to do, which is another hop skip and a jump away from Cape Town, look no further than a tractor ride. There is probably closer tractor rides in and around Cape Town, but nothing beats the coldness and scenic views of the Koo Valley. The higher you go the colder you get, the colder you get the warmer you feel. This is just one of those things you have to do, the fresh air, the views it's a blast to all your senses. When you reach the top of your journey, you are treated with a nice glass of muscadel and some dry fruit. The journey takes you all along a route which you kind of wonder, would a tractor with all these people actually get up there, I promise you it actually does. Don't take my word for it, go for it and give those senses a bit of a blast of inspiration. PS. you even get to stop to cut some proteas for on your way home.
